Refunds

All goods sold are the property of Juniper until full payment is received.The ownership of goods sold does not pass to the buyer until paid for in full, but the goods will be at the buyers risk once delivered. All products are subject to availability. A close alternative may be offered in place of item ordered.

All power tools are covered by a 12 month return to base waranty. Hand tools are covered by a 12 month return to base waranty. Tools can be repaired or replaced at our discetion. Items mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced.

Refunds

We are happy to provide a refund for any goods returned to us in their original condition and with all accessories anf free gifts within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 20% restock charge. The cost of delivery is no refundable. This does not apply to goods that are damaged or faulty

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you is that required to process your order, which is given at the time of ordering. We do not collect sensitive information about you. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.

We may store your details in our own database, and use them to contact you with the occasional flyer, special offer or catalogue. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please contact us with your details . You will be removed from the mailing list. Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details. We will not pass on personal information to other companies.

From time-to-time we may request information from our customers via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age level). Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring and improving the use of our website and the satisfaction of our customers.

Complaints

Please contact Neil Davies if you are not happy with our service for any reason. We shall deal with your complaint promptly, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days and keep you fully informed during our complaints procedure.

Notice of non-delivery must be given within 7 working days of notification of dispatch. No claims will be entertained for pilferage or damage unless we are notified, immediately by phone in order to inform the couriers and in writing within 48 hours of delivery for insurance purposes.

Laws of England govern sales by Juniper and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All sales are subject to these terms and conditions. No agent or employee has the authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way and we will accept no amendments unless agreed in writing and signed by a the propriator.

This web site is operated and owned by Juniper. No copy, modification, reproduction, distribution, republication and transmission in any form or by other means are allowed.
